The Cube Set Tour
For this launch campaign of a TBS game show, I was brought in to direct the promos. With the footage I shot in a single day, they supplied content for at least a dozen promos and trailers.
This was at the height of COVID protocols, and I had to stay at least six feet away from Dwyane Wade at all times. I prefer to get quiet and personal with the talent, so this presented a brand-new set of challenges.

Dwyane and the Cube
In this teaser promo for The Cube, Dwyane actually gets to interact with the cube. In the game show, the cube speaks and has a personality so it was cool to showcase that. We had the talent on a microphone with the cube’s lights being triggered manually by the voice. It’s always super fun when you get to do things practically rather than relying entirely on visual effects.
